Sigmat have been selected for Cassidy Group's first LGSF project of 4 single storey houses in Meriden, West Midlands. A unique development comprising a set of 4 luxury modern bungalows set in a quiet rural location minutes away from Meriden and Berkswell.
The houses are being designed and installed by Urban Summit, due on site in April.
Utilising LGSF, Cassidy Group are able to benefit from the lightweight structure and speedier on-site construction. The durability properties of an LGSF structure means it will not shrink, move or deflect and is factory-fitted with A1 non combustible sheathing, giving the end user peace of mind for fire safety.
James Cassidy, Director at Cassidy Group, commented on the upcoming project "Due to the bespoke nature of these Grand Design homes, we required a dynamic, engineered solution to achieve the very specific architectural features. The flexibility in application, along with eco-friendly properties of the Sigmat system stood out as the ideal solution for us."
Cassidy Group's core focus is the development of high density PRS /BTR and PBSA developments across the UK. With UK housing gaining more demand, the team have adapted and developed a small housing division offering bespoke, luxury homes.
