New case study for £12m Retirement Living project
Sigmat has published a new case study featuring the design and installation of the superstructure for an innovative 3-storey retirement living development in Weymouth, Dorset.
Harbour Lights Court, built by McCarthy & Stone, is located in a prominent position overlooking Weymouth Marina. It incorporates a sea-front facing Georgian façade which is perfectly in keeping with the character of surrounding properties.
In addition to the SIGMAT light gauge steel frame, we also installed a hot rolled steel podium to form under-croft parking as well a communal areas. The development provides independent living exclusively for the over 60s in an idyllic costal setting.
