Sigmat awarded £11.3m contract with Graham Construction

Sigmat have been awarded the prestigious Bonnington Road Lane development by Graham Construction. Located in Edinburgh, the Build-to-Rent residential development will deliver 460 apartments across three blocks with a ground floor SFS to the perimeter of the retail and commercial units.

The Sigmat team will be working to a 46-week programme, due to commence on site in Autumn 2022, delivering an impressive 38,000+m2 GIFA, 96 flights of stairs and 17,500m of Sigmat panels.

Following a successful project with Graham Construction at Gorgie Road in Edinburgh, Sigmat were selected for the speed and quality of build, along with the cost-efficient programme.
