The opportunity will bring much needed Prime Care Home beds to an ever expanding market within the Republic of Ireland. Once completed Development will be operated by Morar Living and will carry the Brand Standard which is now well established throughout the UK.
As a preferred supplier for Simply UK, the Sigmat team have recently completed their second job in Exeter for the retirement living provider.
