Sandy Moor, Runcorn | Sigmat selected for LGSF by Vistry Partnerships for 100 specialist independent living flats
Sigmat have been selected by Vistry partnerships to deliver the light gauge steel frame for a new four-storey residential development in Runcorn.
The specialist apartments, which will be owned and run by Halton Housing once complete, will feature a range of contemporary facilities including a bistro and multi-function room.
Sigmat will provide a partial transfer structure at ground floor level, totalling 603m2, followed by 4,608 linear metres of Sigmat wall panels and a total 9,737m2 GIFA for LGSF. The scheme also comprises of 24 flights of stairs, 12 ¼ landings, 7,100m2 SigDeck trapezoidal decking, 824m3 of concrete and 301 plasterboard packs.
Sigmat team are due on-site December 2020 with an on-site programme of 18 weeks.
